WARRANTY
Q: What type of warranty is included with the Pilates Power Gym™?
A: Order with confidence! For a period of 12 months from the date of receipt, Kaswit Inc. warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship!
WHAT’S COMES WITH MY PPG?
Q: What comes standard with the Pilates Power Gym™?
A: The fully assembled Pilates Power Gym™, Workout DVD with 2 separate workouts, Pilates Power workout (42 minutes) and the Strength Training workout (33 minutes), and a Healthy Eating Guide.
Q: When I purchase the Pilates Power Gym does the order include the ankle/wrist straps?
A: Yes, every PPG includes ankle straps.
Q: Is the push up bar included when I order?
A: Again, it depends on where you purchased the PPG. If you purchased the PPG on The Home Shopping Network (HSN), it is not included unless you specifically purchased the “purchase plus” package. If purchased here on PilatesPowerGym.com, the push up bar is included.
Q: Where can I purchase a push up bar?
A: Please call the customer service number at 1-800-348-5890 and have the following information available for the operator:
- PPG serial number (located under the Glide board)
- Your name and shipping address
- Phone number
- Where and when the PPG was purchased

Q: I’ve heard about a rebounder attachment, where can I purchase it?

Q: If something needs fixing (if parts break) who do I call to get replacement parts?

Q: What if the whole PPG doesn’t work the way it should?
A: Please call customer service @ 1-800-348-5890, and if as a result of the conversation it’s determined that your PPG needs to be replaced, you will be given instructions as to how to return the system.
SHIPPING
Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: No, we do not ship to Canada. We ship in the Continental United States. Separate shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico (depending on the delivery zip code) will be accrued. Please call customer service at 1-888-574-5283 for shipping cost information.
Q: If I select the free shipping option for my Pilates Power Gym™, what is the turnaround time?
A: Allow 7-14 days to receive your Pilates Power Gym.
Q: When the PPG is delivered, do I have to be home to sign for it?
A: A signature is not required, but for the sake of security, the UPS delivery person will not leave your package in a high traffic/unsafe area. The delivery person will make three attempts to deliver as a courtesy.

A: The assembled Pilates Power Gym™ weighs 61 lbs.

RESTRICTIONS
Q: Is there a weight limit for the size of the person using the Pilates Power Gym™?
A: Yes, the Pilates Power Gym™ is built to support users of up to 300 lbs.
Q: I am 5’10” tall and want to know if the Pilates Power Gym™ can accommodate my height?
A: To achieve full range of motion, the PPG can accommodate someone as tall as 6’2”.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of Pilates Power Gym™ units I may purchase?
A: Yes, we limit two Pilates Power Gym™ per household
WORKOUT DVDS
Q: A friend gave me a Pilates Power Gym™, but it only came with the Marlo Fiskin Workout DVD. I would like to order the Power and Strength Training DVD. Is it possible to purchase it separately and how much does it cost?
A: You can log on to pilatespowergym.com to purchase a Pilates Workout and Strength Training DVD for only $19.99, (includes shipping and handling).

Q: I am considering buy a 'secondhand' Pilates Power Gym that may have been purchased 1-2 (2008-2009) years ago. Has the machine been changed in the last 2 years, and if so, how?
A: If it is a true PPG (there are some counterfeits out there) it has not changed since 2008. If you require accessories or parts not available on our site, have your PPG serial number (located under the Glide board) and call customer service at: 1-800-348-5890.
Q: I purchased my Pilates Power Gym™ two years ago. Does the new PPG’s push up bar fit my older model?
A: Unfortunately the push up bar does not fit models purchased prior to 2008.
